Thursday, December 16th, 7 - 9 PM

During this busy and sometimes chaotic holiday season, 

we met and celebrated Christmas and the fruit of “patience.”  

We also enjoyed a virtual Christmas concert, played a fun present exchange game and of course enjoyed coffee & snacks. 

We learnt about the fourth fruit of the Spirit... PATIENCE, and how it can be compared to a Starfruit.

This is our 3rd event this season, so it’s a perfect time to join us. We have been waiting to meet you! 

This month we are focusing on “peace” and a family advent project. 

We ask those who are not vaccinated to wear a mask and hand sanitizer readily available.

Thursday, October 28 - Recap

If you found healthy snacks that your kids would actually eat (and they were on sale), you’d tell all your friends, right?! (I mean like right then, in the store.) Then, what’s keeping you from sharing the best mom tip ever (MomLife!) with all of your friends with kids ages 0 – 6th grade? That’s right… this group is for mamas with children in the womb through 6th graders. Don’t keep your best mom secret to yourself! Invite a friend to come with you (your friends will thank you). We just got started with our new season, so it’s a perfect time to join us. Come get acquainted with us!! 

We unpacked our new theme “Home Grown”.

We chose the kiwi because of the juicy, sweet fruit that is on the inside. You can’t help but smile when you eat this. Joy springs from within and is an internal experience. Happiness is caused by external circumstances or experiences. Joy is something that lasts. Happiness is something that is temporary.

We are planning an exciting 2021 – 2022 season and hope you can join us for all of it!! 

Our new theme is “Home Grown.” Since we weren’t able to meet in person very much last season, we have decided to do a second season of the “fruit” [character qualities] that we want to have in our own lives and instill in our children while they are still young. 

We would like everyone to wear a mask until further notice. Hand sanitizer readily available. Sanitation, social distancing and sick policies in place.

Due to the tough season all of us have had, we have decided to change up our finale event. This usual members-only event will instead be a “Let’s Harvest Together” Open House and registration for next season. Come get acquainted with us!! 

Our character quality of the month is self control, which we all struggle with and need in so many areas of our lives so we can model it for our kids. We are correlating self control to a starfruit to help us understand, remember it more easily and be able to help our kids learn what it means to have self control.

Come celebrate Mother’s Day early with us at this month’s event “Reaping Gentleness.”

Our character quality of the month is gentleness, which we all want to display and model to our kids. We are correlating gentleness to a banana to help us understand, remember it more easily and be able to help our kids learn what it means to be gentle.

Come celebrate Easter with us at this month’s event “Bushels of Faithfulness.”  We hope you can join us!! 

Our character quality of the month is faithfulness, which is an attribute that all of us want in our relationships. We are correlating faithfulness to an apple to help us understand, remember it more easily and be able to help our kids learn what it means to be faithful.
