Mary Messina will be introducing us to the Gratitude Challenge. We will learn what this challenge is all about and the importance of embracing the phrase "Don't worry.  Be happy!"  For the past twenty years Mary has been writing and speaking on what it means to live an intentional life with yourself and your loved ones.  She is the Director of Strategic Partnerships for The Love & Money Project.

Free and On Fire - Recap

It was lovely seeing a lot of you at MOPS on Thursday night as we kicked off season 15! 

We got to hear more about the new theme,FIND YOUR FIRE, and also about the sub-themes of live expectantly, surrender daringly, and breathe freely.

We lit the fire, enjoyed some picnic food and gourmet s'mores bar prepared by our MOPS team, and finally finished our Painted Rock project.

It was truly a wonderful and warm evening of sharing stories and spending time with other fellow moms.

Here's looking forward to a wonderful new season.

Freedom Celebration, Thursday May 24th

It is very hard to believe that we are coming up to the end of our Free Indeed season. This special celebration is by invitation only and not for first-time visitors to our group.

Our kickoff event for next season will be on September 27th. All are invited to join us then. Check your email and our FB group for invites to our summer get togethers. Happy summer!!

Family Fun Night, Thursday April 26TH, 7 - 9 PM

Kendall Parkhurst will be sharing "Your Family Plan" with us. She is a mom, MOPS event producer, MC at MomCon and a MOPS coordinator in CO.  Her practical ideas will inspire you to create a unique family culture by making decisions based on the things you value most. She will teach us how to live proactively and reclaim the rhythm of your days. Stretch Your Wings, March 15th - 7 - 9 PM

Ever felt the freedom that is found in forgiveness? 

Sometimes we allow the infractions of life to add up. We keep a tally of the hurt and forgiveness seems impossible. In doing so, we choose to be chained to bitterness and unforgiveness instead of choosing freedom. Come hear the remarkable story of Davey Blackburn, who has been able to forgive the men who murdered his wife and unborn child in a brutal home invasion.

The 5 Love Languages, February 22nd - Recap

We learnt about the 5 love languages. 

We had a great night at MOPS last night. Our guest speaker shared about the five love languages and how discovering what language our spouse, children and ourselves speak will help us to love them well. We watched a video that another MOPS group had created called Free From Shame.
