Worry-Free Living, Thursday, December 28th, 7 - 9 pm

Sometimes, especially as moms with young kids, life can sneak up on us; we don't realize that we have gotten stuck. Stuck in patterns of thinking or habits that are holding us captive. This is the year that changes, this is the year we will stop settling for what simply gets us by and do the work to get to what's best. We will examine our worry and not believe everything we feel. We will bask in the freedom of living loved and will be free from the need to hustle for our worth. Can you relate?? Aspire to live worry free?? 

Then join us for an evening of adult conversation, games, snacks you don't have to prepare and a short drama and reading about true peace.

Free to Be Me - Thursday, October 19th, 7 - 9 pm

The night's speaker will be talking about how we have to give ourselves permission to be who we are and focus on what's right with us. Having a healthy relationship with all of our emotions helps us understand how they drive our decisions and parenting. 

You won't want to miss this thought-provoking talk and all of the other portions of this event.

As always, we had a wonderful time of catching up with our lovely mom friends. Dynamic speaker Lavelle Palmer encouraged us by sharing stories.

Wonderstruck on March 23rd - Recap

It was a joy to get together with all the mamas once again in March.

We had a wonderful speaker teaching and reminding us again of all that our God is to us. As she put it so well - God still picks up my broken pieces and faithfully creates better pictures than I would've ever designed for myself.  It is my hope that YOU will leave this blog knowing that you, too, are never alone and that a passionate God uses the ordinary and does the extraordinary.

We had yummy snacks, based on the St. Patrick's theme.

Whispering Kindness - 02/23 Recap

As always, we had a wonderful and insightful time together.  We shared our experiences from the Kindness Challenge that we are engaged in. We got to watch a thought provoking video by Shaunti Feldhahn. We also got to enjoy time with each other over some yummy food.

Light In My Darkness on January 26th - Recap

It was a wonderful night of mama time together, as always. 

Attired in pajamas and slippers and snacking on delicious homemade pies, we got to listen to some mamas share stories of how they overcame a dark season in their life, giving encouragement and hope to all of us.
