Life – Dealing with the Unexpected

In December we had the chance to spend some time with Anna Simon a Licensed Professional Counselor from Renewed Hope Counseling Center as we discussed the challenges each of us face in life and in dealing with unexpected situations of loss, grief and unplanned events. We learnt about how we need to acknowledge, address and process our grief in times of loss rather than ignoring it and constantly struggling with the pain!

On a happier note we now have a new mentor for our MOPS group. Jennifer Ward has decided to come along with us and provide us with her insight and encouragement as we continue to grow as a group. We are blessed to have you Jennifer and excited to have you in our group.

A MOPS event is never complete without fun (and sometimes challenging) crafts. I personally struggled to get my little angel to look perfect but then again it was fun and we had some lovely crafts to show for it.
